Things naturally become clear along the way. That saying has become my life motto—and it works like a charm. That’s also how FractionForFuture came to life. I am determined to turn my passion for people and nature in Africa into my work. Step by step, we are building a better world together. That’s why I firmly believe there is always a way—especially when you have the right vision. I love thinking in solutions, and even though I am a huge animal lover, I don’t see obstacles as roadblocks. Instead, I always see a way forward, seizing opportunities with a sharp eye and a solution-oriented mindset. Honesty is essential to me, and my heart beats for animals.

Celeste van Hilten
Nature is my home, and animals are my greatest passion—that's who I am. As a veterinarian and a hands-on doer, I'm always ready to roll up my sleeves, whether in the Netherlands or Africa. I’m a proud nature lover, fully enjoying the outdoors, with a deep appreciation for greenery (and quite the green thumb!). I also love taking walks with our family dog, Pipa. With my practical mindset and love for animals, the environment, and nature, I am dedicated to making a difference.

Eva Schyns
The world is my playground, and adventure is my second nature. Planning is in my blood. As an enthusiastic hiker and world traveler, I love taking the lead in mapping out new sustainable initiatives, and I am a climate expert at heart. Sustainability is the way forward for a better future. I enjoy charting new routes—both on the map and within sustainable projects. My motto is "work hard, play harder," and I embody that in everything I do. With a backpack full of knowledge, a love for adventure, and—let’s not forget—Jane Fonda, I hope to look ahead and dream big with Fraction For Future.

More on the water than on land, but always with a smile. Whether it’s surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, or swimming, I feel like a fish in the water. When I am on land, you’ll find me outdoors—on my bike or ice skates. I’m always open to a new adventure! I’m a true life enthusiast with a deep passion for hospitality and people. I have an entrepreneurial spirit in the broadest sense of the word, and combined with my commercial background, this means I’m always ready at the starting line—prepared to take on new challenges. With my enthusiasm, I strive to inspire everyone to take action and make a difference together. This mindset is at the heart of everything we do at Fraction For Future.
